Kathy Barry

I grew up in Lebanon, Pennsylvania where I attended Lebanon Catholic High School.

I have been in the insurance industry for 30 years and have obtained my AAI, CIC and AFIS designations.

Justin D. Marinkov

I was born and raised in a small town in Lebanon County. In 2011, I graduated from Penn State University Smeal College of Business. I began my insurance career when I was 18 years old as a part-time job. I quickly moved up and I took on an ownership role at the agency in 2018.

Chris Messer

I grew up in Fleetwood, PA, and graduated from Fleetwood High School before attending the Pennsylvania College of Technology. With over a decade of experience in the insurance industry, I specialize in both personal and commercial coverage. As a Certified Insurance Counselor, I take pride in helping clients navigate their insurance needs while also mentoring and educating my colleagues.

Laura Los

I’m Laura Los, an Associate Agent with the Kathy Barry Agency, proudly serving clients throughout Huntingdon County and surrounding Pennsylvania communities. I grew up in Mount Union, PA, where I developed a love for community and connection, and I now live in Huntingdon, where I met my husband.

Robert Test

I’m Robert Test, a Commercial Lines Agent with the Kathy Barry Agency LLC, specializing in commercial insurance for the transportation industry and hard-to-place risks. I grew up in Buck County, Pennsylvania, and now live in Chester County, PA, but I serve clients across the country, helping businesses in the trucking and logistics sectors protect their operations and assets.

Cheryl Yoder

I am a Farm Specialist at the Kathy Barry Agency LLC with over 22 years of experience in the insurance industry. I was born and raised in Berks County, Pennsylvania, where I have lived my entire life. I grew up in Robesonia and am now based in nearby Bernville. I work out of the Robesonia office and provide farm insurance solutions to clients across Pennsylvania and surrounding states.

Molly Daub

I grew up in Newmanstown, Pennsylvania where I went to ELCO School District, and graduated from Penn State Harrisburg. I started in the insurance industry in 2003 as a fill-in receptionist, and caught the insurance bug!

Amy Quaintance

I was born and raised in good ol’ Berks county Pennsylvania. I have lived here all of my life, except for a year spent in Missouri when I was five years old. You could say I’m a true local!

Adrianna Lucas

I grew up in Berks County, more specifically, the city of Reading. Before working in insurance, I worked 10+ years in the financial/banking industry.

I’ve been with the Kathy Barry Agency since 2022 and have found a love for insurance. I specialize in Personal Lines, including home, condo, renter, and auto insurance, but I also welcome any opportunity to assist with Commercial insurance.

Ronald Mowery

I’m Ronald Mowery, an Associate Agent with the Kathy Barry Agency LLC, specializing in personal lines insurance for families, seniors, and individuals throughout Reading, Pennsylvania, and surrounding communities. I grew up in Berwick, PA, graduated from Shippensburg University, and have lived in the Reading area for over 30 years, giving me a deep understanding of the local community and its insurance needs.

David Brinkman

Hi, I’m David Brinkman, the Personal Lines Director and Associate Agent at Kathy Barry Agency. I’ve been in the insurance industry for nearly 20 years and have been helping clients at Kathy Barry Agency since 2020. My expertise covers a wide range of insurance needs, including auto, home, business, and life insurance. I take pride in being a trusted resource for my clients, ensuring they have the right coverage to protect what matters most.

Stephanie Bastian

I grew up in Bangor, Pennsylvania on my family’s dairy and crop farm. After graduating High School I attended Delaware Valley College to major in Dairy Science to further my knowledge in the farming industry and dairy cows. Following early graduation, with a Bachelor’s degree, I returned to my home farm to work full time milking 100 dairy cows and farming 1200 acres of crops.

Monica Hinkle

I’m Monica Hinkle, an insurance professional with The Kathy Barry Agency, proudly serving clients across Pennsylvania. I grew up in Lancaster and have called Pine Grove home for over 10 years, giving me a strong connection to our local communities and the unique insurance needs of families, homeowners, and small businesses.

Cherie L Showers

I graduated from Spring-Ford Area School District in 1994 and shortly after that moved to the Boyertown area to start a family. I have lived in the Boyertown area for over 25 years and have served on the Park & Recreation Board. I started my industry experience over 10 years ago.

Nicole Glover

I’m Nicole Glover, an Associate Agent at The Kathy Barry Agency, LLC, with over 28 years of experience in the insurance industry. I grew up in Myerstown and now live in South Lebanon, and I’m proud to serve clients throughout Jonestown and the surrounding Pennsylvania communities from our local office.

Liz Harrison

I’m Liz Harrison, an Associate Producer with the Kathy Barry Agency, specializing in farm insurance and agricultural risk management for farmers, rural families, and agribusinesses. I grew up in Landenberg, Pennsylvania, and I’m now based in Newark, Delaware, serving clients across Delaware, southeastern Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia.

Lora Fillgrove

Hi, I’m Lora Fillgrove, an Insurance Agent at The Kathy Barry Agency. Growing up as a military child, I had the unique experience of moving frequently, living in various states like Kansas and Indiana, before settling in Central Pennsylvania. These experiences taught me the importance of adaptability and community, values I carry into my work today.

Laura Juarbe

With nearly three decades as a mortgage loan officer, I have dedicated my career to helping clients achieve their dreams of homeownership. In April 2024, I expanded my expertise by becoming a licensed insurance agent and joining the Kathy Barry Agency. This transition allows me to provide comprehensive insurance solutions tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring they feel informed and confident in their coverage.

Diane Luscan

I was born and raised in Womelsdorf, Pennsylvania. Since I am a staff support specialist, I am one of the first points of contact for a client. I help them with their billing and general questions. My favorite part of my job is having a one-on-one experience with a client and getting to know them so I can serve them better.

Pricilla M Flores

I was born in the beautiful Sunshine State of Florida in Miami. However, my parents relocated when I was young, so I basically grew up in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. I am a Lebanon School District graduate, class of 2010. I am a people person, and my favorite part of my job is interacting with my customers!

I’m Cindy Kish, an Associate Agent with The Kathy Barry Agency LLC, and I bring decades of experience and deep industry roots to the clients I serve. I grew up in North Whitehall Township in Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, and graduated from Parkland High School, giving me strong ties to the local community I’ve served for much of my career.

Patricia Mease

My name is Patricia Mease, and I serve as a Farm Specialist and Agent with the Kathy Barry Agency. I’ve lived in Bucks County for most of my life and am a proud graduate of Quakertown Community School. While insurance wasn’t my original career path, I found my way into the industry back in the late 1980s through a part-time position in a local agency. That first opportunity changed everything—and it was there, working alongside a farmer who also owned the agency, that I discovered my passion for farm insurance.

Tom Druckenmiller

I grew up in North Catasauqua and graduated from Catasauqua High School in 1975. I began my career in the insurance industry while still a senior in high school, marking 50 years in the profession.

Elizabeth Weber

I’m Elizabeth Weber, a Customer Service Representative with the Kathy Barry Agency. I grew up in Northampton, Pennsylvania, and earned my degree in Business Administration from a local community college. I’ve been in the insurance industry for a little over a year and enjoy learning something new every day while helping clients protect what matters most.

My name is Kortney Jensen, and I am a Personal Lines Agent at the Kathy Barry Agency, proudly serving individuals and families throughout Effort, Pennsylvania and surrounding communities. I grew up in Swoyersville, PA, and recently made Effort my home, where I’m enjoying getting to know the area and the people who live here.
