Joe Saadioui

I’m Joe Saadioui, an Account Manager with the Kathy Barry Agency, proudly serving clients throughout Allentown, PA, as well as Northampton County and Lehigh County. Originally born and raised in Morocco, I earned my degree in Economics from the College of Rabat before bringing my passion for helping people to the United States. I’ve called Lehigh County home since 2007, and I’m proud to serve the community I live in.

I’ve been working in the insurance industry since 2004, specializing in both personal and commercial insurance. My focus includes auto insurance, home insurance, and life insurance, helping families and small business owners protect what matters most. Over the years, I’ve built my approach around clear communication, practical solutions, and making sure my clients truly understand their coverage.

I’m licensed in Property and Casualty, as well as Life and Health insurance across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Maryland, and Virginia, which allows me to support a wide range of clients with tailored insurance solutions. I especially enjoy working with families and small business owners, helping them safeguard the assets they’ve worked so hard to build.

What I enjoy most about my work is knowing I’m making a real difference, whether it’s helping a family feel secure in their home coverage or guiding a business owner through the right protection for their operations. There’s nothing better than giving clients peace of mind.

Outside of the office, you’ll usually find me firing up the grill, cooking up my favorite Italian dishes, or watching my favorite soccer team, Real Madrid. I also enjoy playing soccer whenever I can, it’s a great way to stay active and have fun.
