I grew up in Honey Brook, Pennsylvania surrounded by the Amish Community. Before working in the insurance industry, I attended nursing school and joined the army. Unfortunately, I was medically discharged before I even started boot camp due to my knee issues. So, I started as a receptionist in an agency and fell in love with insurance (I am a huge insurance nerd). I obtained my license in 2010, CISR designation in 2013 and CIC designation in 2018. I understand that most people don’t have the time to learn all the ins & outs of all things insurance, but that’s where I come in! I enjoy educating people on coverages and finding exposures they didn’t know they had.
My greatest joy in life is my four year old daughter, Finley. She is so smart and funny! She makes me strive to be a better person in all aspects of life. My guilty pleasure would have to be old musicals and movies. My favorites are anything with Frank Sinatra or Doris Day!
My favorite way to spend a weekend is kayaking down the river or running. I am passionate about the organization Hope Rescue Mission in Reading, PA. I have volunteered with serving meals and just started looking into cooking meals for them.
